The Taste of Dreams

wallpaper found at http://goo.gl/mGN0O

This is how dreams taste
like your lips reading my blind honey thoughts
kissing me, loving me
sipping my fears away,
My love...

like pink clouds of cotton candy
across the spring sky
when you hold my hand
showing me a bird passing by
your voice, soft, whispering my name,
bringing fairy tales to life

this is how dreams taste
like your tongue playing with all my bitter sweet questions
laying quietly at the back of my mouth
like cherries and cinnamon
when you eat from my hand
smiling

my eyes rest inside your blue eyes
when I savor your strawberry arms
and drift away in a field of poppies and marigolds
letting my hopes to sail so far
like paper boats in the evening breeze
straight to the green sea of  your heart
when the first star shines a shy velvet light
we hold each other tight,
listening to the song of our heartbeats
our flesh warm, yearning to be one

this is how dreams taste
like pomegranate hills
like satin purple butterflies
like a tangerine home made cake
that i feed you as we lay careless
talking about the one thousand different shapes of Love
and the universe hangs from our fingers
spinning and spinning and spinning
faster than light and Longing
until you and me
close ourselves into our silver cocoon
we welcome the night, making love
while  the  lemon flowered moon
hides behind an ancient pine tree...

This is how our dreams taste...

The Lady of the Moor

Zombie Ghost by KryseisRetouche | Shadowness http://goo.gl/Ntb1F

Under the sickened starving moon
at nights when shadows start to rise
she may come knocking on your door ~
The Lady of the Moor

her milky flesh dissolves in dust
and in her eyes no spirit lives
she haunts the land in hatred pure ~
The Lady of the Moor

a name, in lament, bleeds her lips
in hissing breath a question lays
like waves upon the Devil’s shore ~
The Lady of the Moor

she cries the one who left her long
and vanished, cruel, into the dark
leaving her heart dead to the core ~
The Lady of the Moor

hungry to taste her sweet revenge
a desperate ghost’s unquenched desire
beware, in mists she comes for more
The Lady of the Moor…

Lilies of the field

 inspiring picture on Favim.com http://goo.gl/JQCPy

Rosy shades of  the evening
The last touch of light over the hills

Peace

My troubled mind lays gently over a reverie
when the first star appears in the sky

I try hard to believe
that an invisible hand can take my life
through the waters of time
and guide it safe
where it has to go...
My faith
thin thread of thoughts
hanging from the edge of my soul
a talisman of hope
Your hand still warm on my shoulder
walking with You
if ever a sinner can walk with God...
maybe in a dream
my feet step upon
the lilies of the field
who do not weave
and yet they shine under the setting sun

am i of shalow faith?
i dared believe in another dream, once...
i still carry the glass pieces in my heart
I pray for a love
for a kiss
for a rain over our bodies
to wash away old sins and wounds
mistakes that hurt still when
a sound or a song or a color
resurrects the pain from the dead....

My feet upon
the lilies of the field
your absence penetrates my dream
with one thousand sharp memories
I want to believe
i need to believe
that you will be here
when the first sun ray breaks the siege of the night
and this cold dream
will crack from side to side
setting our hearts free...

I tried...

photo found at http://goo.gl/w9shh

I tried so hard to let love go
I thought I was succeeding
The moment I renounced your dream
My fool heart started bleeding

I tried to hate your selfish smile
To break you into pieces
But when the night comes dark and cold
I'm hungry for your kisses

I curse my mind for playing games
Of deep, untold desire
The heat of your lovemaking burns
Like Hell's undying fire

And when my lips in devil's vows
Whisper your name in anger
My traitor flesh melts for your touch
In blood's most shameful hunger

I tried and tried but all in vain
You haunt my sorrow, ghost!
My wretched soul will mourn in pain
The one I loved the most...

The Curse - "a writing exercise"...

wallpaper found at http://www.scenicreflections.com

"...She stepped back and froze there as if she had been turned into stone. The truth of that piece of paper that was still hanging between her trembling fingers hit her like waking up from a terrible dream. Nightmares do come alive, then, she thought. A smile was born, like un unwanted child, over her lips. Her face was now all one dark mask of terror. And suddenly, her fear exploded. The Fear. Raw and heartbreaking, the Curse that weighted over her existence since the day she was born, took flesh and bones  on that old yellow parchment that hold the secret of her unfortunate life... Years and years of loss and rejection, deaths, separations and wrong people beside her, suddenly were shining inside her head, one long line of bright moments of suffering and painful questions without answers... Then, a bell from a near by church striked the Vespers, tearing the gray veil of her silence into pieces...her nails were piercing her palm  and she welcomed pain, feeling the unbearable need to scream.  She screamed and screamed and screamed until there was no voice left to come out of her throat.  She gasped for air falling to her knees, she curled like a dying animal on the ground and  surrendered, at last, to her ancient grief...
